Mint Chutney


The Indian street food and snacks are incomplete without this versatile chutney. Ready in minutes, this chutney lifts the taste of street food, kebab, or any appetiser. Serve this alongside your favorite snack and tickle your taste buds with this spicy, tangy chutney.

 

 

Ingredients:

Mint leaf – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Onion – 1 small, chopped
Ginger – ½ inch, grated
Green chili – 2-3 or to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black salt (kala namak) – one pinch (optional)

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients except black salt in a mixer or blender and grind into a smooth paste using some water
  2. Spoon into a bowl, add black salt and serve
