Chicken and its health benefits
Chicken is the most popular meat eaten all over the world. This is loved by every meat-eater. Chicken is used in so many forms. I may not be wrong in saying every cuisine in the world definitely has recipes with them. Bake, cook, grill, barbeque, fry, boil - the options are endless.
Chicken is affordable and nutritious and packs in a wide range of nutrients for very few calories. Chicken is a very good source of complete protein containing all essential and non-essential amino acids and at the same time easy to digest. Good quality chicken e.g. organically raised is also a good source of vitamins (especially B vitamins), minerals, and omega-3.

Tangdi Kabab: Tangdi Kabab is one such kabab that is made using chicken drumsticks which is also known as Tangdi.

Chicken Lollipop: Chicken lollipop is a famous Indo-Chinese fusion dish that is a great appetiser. Chicken drumettes or wings frenched, marinated, crumbed, and deep-fried – a bliss for all chicken lovers.
Chilli Chicken: Chilli chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of chicken from the Hakka Chinese heritage. There are two versions of this dish - dry and with gravy.
Chicken Chettinad: Chicken Chettinad is one of the most renowned dishes from the Chettinad region. This dish gets its rich flavour from freshly roasted whole spices. The mouth-watering taste is elevated by the use of poppy seeds and coconut.
Palak Chicken: Palak chicken or spinach chicken or saag wala chicken is a delicious, flavourful curry that is so healthy and nutritious.
