Karnataka

Collection of recipes from the south Indian state of Karnataka.

This is a collection of the most commonly cooked food from my kitchen. The classic and famous dish from the beautiful state is the Bisi bele bath, which is basically a blend of rice, lentils, assorted vegetables, and spices. The variety of dosas, like Mysore Masala dosa and Set dosa, are very popular; to some lesser-known dosa like adai dosey. You can find them all here.

From Dharwad peda of North Karnataka to neer dosa from coastal Karnataka, find traditional and authentic recipes (some very popular and some long-lost) here that are loved by everyone in my family.
