Pizza is our family favourite. And I absolutely love experimenting with pizzas. I have posted earlier a variety of fusion pizza – kadai paneer pizza, eggplant-feta pizza, and also gluten-free eggplant pizza. This time I wanted to try something with meat and what better choice than succulent lamb mince. This is an Indian style keema masala pizza.
To make this pizza, I cooked lamb mince in the Indian keema masala style, but with a slight difference. I added more tomato than I usually would so that it can act as a pizza sauce too. I fry onions until golden brown, add ginger, garlic, tomato puree, and spices. I let them simmer until done and then add the lamb mince and cook it completely. The pizza base, other toppings, and of course cheese are similar to my other recipes. But this pizza tastes so different and flavourful, it was an instant hit with my family.
I am sure we all have an idea of what a perfect pizza should be like. Try this totally delicious pizza and I am sure this one will be close enough!

1. Fry onions until golden brown
2. Cook tomato puree and spices until done
3. Add lamb mince and cook completely
4. Add garam masala once the lamb is done
5. Spread lamb mince on pizza base
6. Top with zucchini and bell pepper
7. Top with cheese and bake
