Sweet and sour paneer step-by-step recipe with photos.
About this recipe
Sweet, tangy, hot, and most importantly super-delicious – this dish ticks all the flavour boxes. This scrumptious dish can be prepared in no time and is perfect for starters and pairs very well with noodles or ramen. Paneer combined with pineapple, honey, capsicum, and chillis along with sesame oil makes this fusion dish perfect for parties, dinner lunch boxes, and even snacks. I prefer making this dish in sesame oil but you may replace this with regular cooking oil.
To make this dish, I shallow-fry paneer cubes that are coated with cornflour. I then saute onion and capsicum, combine it with a sweet and sauce that I prepare with pineapple juice, honey, sesame oil, and seasoning. Garnished with spring onions, this dish tastes best with ramen.
Serve up this delightful dish to your family and friends and do let me know how you like it.
