Capsicum masala – diced capsicum cooked in a coconut-peanut gravy
Majjige huli – yogurt based bottle gourd curry (similar to the north Indian kadhi)
Kachumber salad – chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onion in lemon juice, salt, chilli powder dressing
Rasgulla – Soft and spongy cottage cheese dumplings in sugar syrup
