Ingredients
Soak toor dal, chana dal, urad dal, moong dal, and rice overnight
Add coconut, cumin seeds, ginger, and green chilli
Grind into a slightly coarse batter
Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, and salt
Adai dosa batter is ready
Using a ladle spread the batter on a hot dosa tawa /crepe pan
Cook on medium heat. Then flip to cook the other side
Adai dosa is ready
Serve hot with coconut chutney
