Ingredients

Heat oil. Add turmeric

Lightly fry cubed potatoes

Lightly fry cauliflower florets 

Add cumin seeds in oil and let them splutter

Add onion

Fry till light golden

Add ginger, garlic, and green chilli

Fry for a few minutes

Add chopped tomatoes along with tomato puree

Add powdered spices. Mix well

Cover and cook till tomatoes are soft and oil starts to seperate

Add water and fried potatoes

Add fried cauliflower and peas

Simmer till vegetables are cooked through. Sprinkle garam masala

Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot with roti, naan or steamed rice
