Ingredients

Crack eggs into a bowl 

Add onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves

Mix well with a fork

Heat butter, add the egg mixture

Fold to form a square

Add 1 tsp butter and place a bread slice

Spread 1 tsp mint chutney

Place the omelette on top

Top with shredded cheese

Place another slice of bread on top. Roast both sides till golden

Serve hot
