Heat oil. Add mustard and let it splutter.

Add cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, dry red chilli

Add curry leaves

Add ginger, and green chilli

Sauté briefly

Add the chopped beans

Add salt. Cover and cook  on low flame.

Cook till beans still have some crunch

Turn off the flame. Add grated coconut, lemon juice, and coriander leaves

Mix well
