Ingredients

Mix spice powders with ginger paste and water

Mix into a paste

Heat oil. Add nigella seeds, bay leaf, dry red chilli

Add the spice mix

Saute till spices are cooked

Add diced potatoes

Add boiled chickpeas

Add water, salt and bring it to boil

Add pumpkin and simmer till pumpkins are cooked 

Gently mash few pieces of pumpkin and let the gravy thicken

Serve hot with steamed rice
