Ingredients

Dry roast whole spices. 

Add fresh ginger, garlic. Grind into a paste.

Fry onions till golden

Add curry leaves, ground paste. Saute

Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder

Saute till tomatoes are cooked

Add chicken and saute

Simmer till chicken is fully cooked

Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves

Serve hot with steamed rice
