Dry Fruits Laddu


Ingredients ½ cup cashew ½ cup almonds 1 cup dates pitted A handful raisins 1 tablespoon poppy seeds 1 tablespoon ghee 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Roughly chop the nuts and set them aside

Roughly chop the dates

Start blitzing the dates in a food processer or mixie

Keep processing until they come together like a ball

Heat ghee and add poppy seeds

Next, add the chopped nuts and fry on low flame

Next, add raisins

Break the dates into pieces and add them

Keep stirring on low flame till the entire mixture comes together

Shape them into laddus while the mixture is still warm

Optionally you can roll the laddus over finely chopped pistachios
