Vegetarian eggless tutti frutti cookies are made with candied fruits and nuts. 

Perfect tea time snacks loved by children and grown ups alike.  

Take butter and powdered sugar in large bowl

Beat until light and fluffy

Add plain flour, cornflour, milk powder, baking powder

Add cashew, tutti frutti (candied fruits)

Mix gently to form a dough

Roll into a log. Wrap them in cling wrap and place in fridge for 30 minutes.

Cut into 1 cm thick slices

Place them on a lined cookie tray and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes

Cool on a wire rack
