Ingredients

Combine tutti frutti, cashew, and raisin in a small bowl. Coat them with 1 tablespoon flour and set them aside

Whisk together yogurt and sugar

Mix in baking powder and baking soda

Let it sit for 5 minutes. The mixture will turn frothy

Add oil, vanilla essence, and salt. Mix gently

Add cardamom powder. Mix gently

Add flour in batches

Mix gently

Add tutti frutti mix and combine gently

Spoon the mixture into the cupcake liners

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C (360 F) until cupcakes are completely done

Transfer on a wire rack, cool and serve
