Ingredients
Boil cauliflower in salted water. Drain and cool
Combine batter ingredients to make a smooth batter
Deep fry cauliflower florets coated with the batter
Heat oil in a wok. Briefly stir fry finely chopped ginger garlic
Add finely chopped vegetables. Stiry fry on high heat
Add red chilli paste, tomato ketchup, dark soy sauce, vinegar
Add vegetable stock and bring to boil
Add cornflour-water mixture, boil till the gravy thickens
Add fried cauliflower, mix well
Garnish with spring onions
Serve hot with vegetable fried rice
