Ingredients 1 cup ragi flour finger millet flour ¼ cup rice flour ½ cup yogurt 1 onion finely chopped 7-8 curry leaves finely chopped 1 green chilli finely chopped 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste 1 - 1.5 cups water 3-4 teaspoon ghee or oil

Combine ragi flour and rice flour

Add onion, curry leaves, chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt

Mix well. Add yogurt and combine

Gradually add water to make a runny batter

Heat frying pan. Pour a ladle full of batter

Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ghee at the sides and lift carefully

Fold in half

Serve Hot
