Prepare the potato-peas filling.  Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk

Add melted butter and yeast mixture to the flour. Add water and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in warm place

Divide the dough into 8 parts. Spread the dough into a circular disc

Place potato filling in the centre. Bring the ends together and seal completely

Place the bun on a lined baking tray making sure the tucked side is facing down. Repeat for the rest of the dough and bake at 180 C for 20 minutes
