Ingredients
Dry roast coriander seeds and dry red chilli
Pound using a mortar pestle
Saute onion and capsicum till slightly charred
Saute methi and garlic
Add the spice powder and cook for a minute
Add ginger paste, chopped green chillies
Add tomatoes, salt
Saute till tomato is done
Add onions and capsicum. Saute for 3-4 minutes
Add the paneer and mix gently. Saute for 5 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve Hot
