Lemon rice ingredients
Fry peanuts and cashew. Set aside
Fry mustard seeds and dry red chilli
Add cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal
Add hing and curry leaves
Add green chilli, ginger paste, turmeric, salt
Add the fried nuts
Add the cooked rice.
Gently mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the flame. Squeeze in the lemon juice
Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves
