Ingredients

Parboil the vegetables

Boil onions and nuts. Grind to a fine paste.

Fry cashew, almonds and raisins in ghee

Heat ghee. Add whole spices

Add ginger paste, green chillies.

Add ground paste and simmer on low flame

Cook till oil seperates

Add 1 cup hot water and capsicums

Add parboiled veggies, paneer, pineapple

Add garam masala and mix well

Add fried almond, cashew, raisins
