Ingredients
Wash and clean spinach
Blanch in boiling water and puree
Heat ghee. Lightly fry paneer cubes. Set aside.
Heat ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, black cardamom, and cloves
Add onions and fry till it is light golden
Add ginger, garlic, and green chilli
Once ginger, garlic are cooked add amchur, chilli powder, salt, and kasuri methi
Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes
Add garam masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes
Add the spinach puree
Add the paneer cubes
Simmer for 5-6 minutes till spinach is cooked to your liking
Serve hot with naan, paratha or jeera rice
