Ingredients For the dough: 2 cup whole wheat flour (atta) plus extra for dusting 2 tablespoon ghee for dough, plus extra to fry the parathas Salt to taste ¾ cup water (approximately)

Ingredients continued For the stuffing: 250 grams paneer 1 teaspoon red chilli powder  2 teaspoon amchur ½ teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon chaat masala Salt to taste A few coriander leaves finely chopped

Mix together the stuffing ingredients

Roll the dough into a small circle and place filling in the center

Bring the ends together and fold

Seal the ends completely

Roll into a disc

Fry both sides with some oil

Serve with lots of butter, raita and pickle
