Paneer Puffs (Indian Cottage Cheese Puffs)

Ingredients 3 puff pastry sheets 200 grams paneer 1 small onion finely chopped 1 cup capsicum finely chopped  2 tablespoon oil ½ teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon chilli powder or as per taste ½ teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon amchur Salt to taste A few coriander leaves for garnish

Chop onion and capsicum.  Fry onion and capsicum along with all the spices

Add paneer and mix gently.

Cut puff pastry sheets into 4 squares. Add prepared filling on each square and seal the edges.

Apply milk wash using a brush. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 C (430 F) until the puffs are golden and crispy

Serve hot.
