Pav Bhaji

Take potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, peas, beans, and capsicum in a large pot. Add water and bring it to boil

Cover and cook until all the vegetables are completely done. Mash the boiled vegetables well

Heat butter and fry onions. 

Add tomatoes, tomato puree, masala powder, and salt

Let it cook until the tomatoes are completely done

Add the mashed vegetables to the masala gravy. Mix well

Add little water to adjust consistency. Simmer for 15 minutes. Top with 1 tbsp butter and mix well

Toast the pav in butter and some masala powder

Pav Bhaji ready to be served
