Ragi Banana Bread


Ingredients 1½ cups ragi flour 1 cup rolled oats ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch salt 3 bananas ¾ cup raw sugar ½ cup butter (melted and cooled) ½ cup yogurt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup chocolate chip cookies

In a large bowl, combine ragi, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Mix it well and set it aside

In another bowl, take bananas and mash them well using a fork

To this, add melted butter, yogurt, and sugar.

Whisk well until they are fully incorporated

Add this to the dry ingredients and mix gently

Fold in the chocolate chips

Mix well

Pour into the prepared tin

Bake in preheated oven (180 C / 350 F) for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean

Cool it in the baking tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely
