Ingredients 2 cups ragi flour (finger millet) 2 onions finely chopped 3-4 green chilli finely chopped ¼ cup coriander leaves chopped 10-12 curry leaves finely chopped ½ cup coconut grated Salt to taste 2 cups water approximately 4 tablespoon oil or as needed

In a large bowl, take ragi flour, onions, coconut, curry leaves, green chilli, and coriander leaves

Crumble the flour and mix well

Gradually add boiling water. Mix with a wooden spatula

 Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes

Take a small ball of dough and place on a oiled skillet / tawa

Pat the dough to spread it evenly on the skillet

Place the skillet on medium heat and cook covered for about 3-4 minutes

Flip the rotti and cook for another 2-3 minutes till done

Serve hot with a chutney of your choice
