Combine oats, sourdough starter, honey, coconut oil. Cover and keep in a warm spot for 24 hours.

Add activated seeds, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt

Mix well

Spread the mixture into a thin layer and bake at 100 C 

After 2 hours, break granola into chunks, and continue baking
