Ingredients
Heat Oil. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
Add chana & urad dal, cumin seeds, dry red chilli
Add curry leaves, ginger, green chilli
Add eggplant and saute
Add tamarind extract
Add vangi bhath masala powder
Add turmeric powder and salt
Add peas
Mix well and simmer
Add cooked rice and mix gently
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with raita
