Paneer bread roll

Ingredients
  

TO MAKE THE STUFFING:

  • 1 cup paneer crumbled
  • ½ small onion finely chopped
  • ¼ small capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon amchur
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • A few coriander leaves

TO MAKE THE ROLLS:

  • In a large bowl, mix the ingredients of the stuffing
  • Pinch out a small portion of the stuffing and roll it into an oval shape. Take care the length of it is almost the same as the bread. Repeat with the entire mixture
  • Trim off the edges of the bread. Roll it using a rolling pin
  • Spread a small amount of mint chutney onto the bread
  • Place the stuffing on one edge of the bread
  • Carefully roll the bread. Apply little water on the other edge and seal it completely. Repeat with rest of bread slices
  • Heat a frypan and add some butter. Place the bread onto it and fry for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown. Brush some butter on top
  • Carefully flip it and fry on both sides
  • Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
