  • 3-4 puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams paneer
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup capsicum finely chopped (I have used a mix of green, yellow and red)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder or as per taste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp amchur
  • Salt to taste
  • A few coriander leaves for garnish

  • Thaw the puff pastry sheets as per the packet instructions
  • Cut the paneer into small cubes and set aside
  • In a frying pan, heat oil and add onions. Fry till they are translucent
  • Add the capsicum, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chilli powder. Saute for 1-2 minutes
  • Add paneer cubes, garam masala, amchur, and mix gently. Take care not to break the paneer pieces
  • Saute for 1-2 minutes and turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Preheat oven at 200℃
  • Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 squares
  • Fill 1-2 tbsp of the filling in each sheet. Apply water on the edges and seal it completely
  • Gently press the ends with a fork. Repeat with the remaining sheets
  • Place the puff on a baking tray. Brush the top of the puff with milk
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the puffs are golden
  • Serve hot

Always reheat the puff in the oven and never in a microwave
