Chia eggs are great replacement for eggs in baking.

To replace 1 egg, you will need:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp water


  • Whisk the chia seeds and water well. Let it sit for 15 minutes
  • Whisk again once the chia seeds have soaked up all the water. The texture will be slightly gooey like a whisked egg
  • Chia egg is ready to be used as an egg replacement
